Franchisors and Self-Audits

A number of franchisors have agreed to conduct self-audits of their franchisees' employment records as a result of the Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) receiving complaints from employees of franchisees, particularly younger employees, in relation to minimum pay standards and entitlements.
