Duncan has more than 20 years experience providing advice on building and construction matters and all aspects of insurance claims within the building industry. His advisory expertise includes drafting the terms of building contracts, particularly in relation to insurance aspects and advising to the building and construction industry. He also acts for builders, developers and consultants for claims under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act (1999).

Duncan's extensive experience has seen him present seminars on topics such as the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act in conjunction with the Housing Industry Association, as well as on building and construction matters in the Consumer, Trade & Tenancy Tribunal. He is a member of the Master Builders Association and most recently has had various articles on building and construction topics published within a leading industry magazine, the Master Builder.
