Jury Wowk is a Partner of HWL Ebsworth with broad general commercial experience and particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions involving both private and listed companies, corporate and business structuring, estate planning and Corporations Law and ASX Listing Rules compliance issues.

Projects on which Jury has been engaged include:

• business sales including a $50 million trade sale of a manufacturing business operating from six sites in three eastern seaboard states;
• business and company acquisitions including acquisitions of Australia wide retail franchise operators and businesses;
• on and off market takeovers for ASX listed clients;
• unregulated convertible note capital raisings involving sophisticated investors;
• advising on ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance issues;
• preparation of agreements to regulate arrangements between business partners, joint venturers, manufacturers and distributors and otherwise a broad range of typical commercial transactions and arrangements; and
• the preparation of wills, estate planning and testamentary trusts for high net worth individuals.
