Working on a wide range of projects in the area of property law, Frank’s focus is to provide advice and expert services to meet the specific needs of clients in each case.
Frank acts for national public companies, property developers, financial institutions, shopping centre owners, wealth creation agencies, property investment vehicles and commercial, residential and industrial property owners in the following areas:
- Property development projects including subdivision, development of residential, industrial and commercial land bulk lot conveyancing, joint ventures and structured development agreements;
- Investment property acquisitions and disposals (commercial buildings, shopping centres, residential and industrial estates);
- Commercial and industrial leasing including review, negotiation and dispute resolution;
- Mortgagee sales.

Major projects on which Frank has been engaged include:
- Acquisition (and sale) of a significant retail site for redevelopment, including leases and agreements for lease with key anchor tenants, planning and construction advisory;
- Acquisition (and providing advice on due diligence) for purchase of commercial buildings in the Melbourne CBD;
- Due diligence and strategic consideration of a significant regional shopping centre site, including all agreements for lease, leases and other agreements;
- Extensive due diligence on a complex mixed use development site, with difficult heritage and planning issues;
- Financing, development, construction advisory on a high end boutique residential development;
- A 477 lot master planned residential community at Moorookyle (Tarneit);
- A 750 lot master planned residential community at Central Park (Deer Park);
- A significant residential subdivision at Cardinia Grove (Pakenham);
- Acquisition of significant residential sites and subsequent developments.
