Profile
Evan Stents is a partner of HWL Ebsworth and has acted in a broad range of commercial and insolvency disputes in superior courts throughout Australia. He has acted for, among other clients, The State of Tasmania, Thiess, Qantas, Optus, ANZ, Brambles, Nylex and Robert Bosch in major litigation. As a qualified mediator, Evan is able to work effectively with clients to reach negotiated settlements to disputes without the need to resort to litigation. These skills also make Evan a highly effective negotiator of contracts and other commercial arrangements.
