Simone Marin is a Partner of HWL Ebsworth, offering our clients high-level technical expertise in commercial risk management and litigation, mortgage recovery and security enforcement, the enforcement of consumer and commercial credit contracts and insolvency. Her priority is to work with clients on a one-to-one basis to ensure they are able to minimise risk exposure and, in situations where disputes arise, to recover their assets.

Simone’s industry experience extends to:

• Advising and assisting finance companies to recover their assets and security;
• Acting for a large number of financial institutions in mortgagee sales and related property transactions;
• Advising financial institutions on the Consumer Credit Code;
• Advising financial institutions and finance companies as to the implications of the appointment of Administrators and Controllers;
• Insolvency.
