An active member of the insurance law community, Rick's professional memberships include Australian Professional Indemnity Group (APIG), Australian Insurance Law Association (AILA) and Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).
Rick is also a member of the ANZIIF Liability Discussion Group and has presented on a wide range of issues from liability in sport and defective goods under the Trade Practices Act to the adequacy of fire insurance.
