Rebecca Jaffe is a Partner at HWL Ebsworth, specialising in banking and finance litigation, mortgage recovery and security enforcement. She is experienced in running complex commercial litigation matters in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Her expertise includes:
- Application and interpretation of the Consumer Credit Code, Banking Code of Conduct and credit case law;
- Application and interpretation of the Transfer of Land Act (Victoria) and the Property Law Acts in NSW and Queensland;
- Application and interpretation of the Trade Practices Act 1974;
- Drafting enforcement precedents.;
