Juan Martinez is HWL Ebsworth’s Managing Partner and applies his high-level skills and extensive experience as the national head of HWL Ebsworth's Litigation practice.  Juan is the primary driver behind HWL Ebsworth's philosophy that tailored, premium quality service – built on an intimate understanding of our clients’ requirements and personal trust in our working relationship with clients –is crucial to achieve the best outcomes.  He puts this as a matter of fulfilling the interests of clients in litigation matters to achieve successful outcomes and minimise any impact on their operations and business development goals.  As the head of one of Australia’s leading legal practices, Juan is able to draw upon a considerable breadth of expertise from HWL Ebsworth’s National Litigation team.
