Peter has specialised in corporate, revenue and commercial law for over 20 years.  His practice ranges from mergers and acquisitions to the structuring and restructuring of companies, trusts, joint ventures and partnerships.  He advises on corporate governance and other Corporations Act matters, trust law issues and all types of commercial contracts.
