Profile
Jonathan East is a Partner of HWL Ebsworth whose industry experience centres on property development law. He advises and assists in meeting the needs of our clients on all aspects of property development projects including joint venture and development agreements and leasing.
Major projects on which Jonathan has been engaged include:
- The $85 million Castlebar Cove Development at Kangaroo Point
- A 1200 lot master planned residential community at Warner
- A 1000 lot master planned residential community at Caboolture
- A 200 lot residential subdivision at Logan Reserve
- A 200 lot residential subdivision at Thornlands
- A 110 residential (and 24 Community Title Scheme lot) subdivision at Finnegan Way, Coomera
- A 450 lot residential subdivision at Edmonton
- A 450 lot residential subdivision at North Robina
- Acquisition of a significant industrial site at Curtin Avenue, Eagle Farm for in excess of $11 million and its subsequent development
- Numerous industrial Community Title Scheme developments
- Acquisition of land and the subsequent construction of a 15,000 square metre industrial building at Pineapple Street, Zillmere.
